4th Update: Project Pan 2018

Where has the time gone? I can’t believe it’s already mid May! I told myself I was going to post this one on  time but once again I’m late. April wasn’t a very productive month,  I was only able to finish 18 products.

Overall Total:
91 – Finished
27-Unfinished/More To Go

So close yet still so far.  Since I don’t have many  foil packets left, finishing 27 products within May will be impossible for me. It’s already mid-May and I only have 5 finished items. So my goal is to finish 15 products by the next update. Hopefully finishing the few foil packets I have left.

💙 — As usual, this heart will be placed next to my favorite products

FACE

– Primers-
Smashbox Primer water Mist — I don’t see any difference with my makeup. I’ve tried it as a primer and I’ve tried it as a setting spray. It does NOTHING! I don’t understand what the hype is all about.
Cover FX Mattifying Primer Deluxe Sample — Easy to apply and kind of help with my oily skin. The primer also contains Salicylic acid which a great ingredient for those with acne prone skin.
Hourglass Veil Primer — It’s light weight but it’s not for me.  I usually like something more pore filling.

-Setting Sprays-
Urban Decay B6 Mist — I feel like this is another gimmicky product. It didn’t do anything for skin or makeup.

SKINCARE
-Makeup Remover-
Garnier Micellar Water
— Does a decent job at removing all of my makeup. My only complaint is the wipes aren’t that soft or thick.

-Toners/Cleansing Lotion-
Nooni Moisturizing Toner — Leaves a sticky barrier on your skin, which I’m not a big fan of. I prefer a toner that gets completely absorbed into my skin.

– Cleansers & Face Scrubs-
Glamglow Youthcleanse Daily Exfoliating–
I really like this cleanser, it’s not too harsh, feels nice on the skin. But I heard Glamglow products aren’t the best for your skin. So I won’t purchasing any Glamglow products.
💙 Origins Plantscription Anti-againg Cleanser — This is a really nice cleanser. Lathers up well and feels nice on the skin. Doesn’t irritate or dries the skin.
Lancome Miel-En Mousse cleanser — This is like an oil cleanser, it’s supposed to remove all of your makeup. It gives a warming sensation, which I like. It’s a bit thick, works better than Clinque take the day off oil cleanser but it’s still not the best. There’s still a lot of residual makeup left over on the skin.
Dr. Brandt Poredermabrassion — I’ve reviewed this in a previous update.

-Moisturizers-
H2O+ Oasis, Origins Plantscription, & Clinque Moisturizers
— also have all been reviewed in a previous update.

-Serums/Treatments/Cream-
Clinque Pep Start Eye Cream — I don’t like using eye creams because I don’t ever see a difference.  Also it’s just an extra step for me.
💙 Strivectin Intensive Illuminating Serum — This thing is amazing!!! I saw results after only two uses. I had some dark spots from old acne, and they slowly faded away after each use. When I was done with this container, the dark spots are pretty gone.
Bareminerals Blemish Remedy — It’s nice but not for the full price. Original price is $55!! But I found this at Marshall for only $13. It kept my normal acne at bay but not my hormonal ones.

BODY CARE

-Lotions-
Ashley & Bell
Orchard Australia Pomegranate Hand Cream – My skin loved this hand cream, it quickly absrobs the lotion. But the hydration doesn’t last long.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Butter — It’s an average product.

-Body Mists-
Victoria’s Secret – Secret Crush — Has a really nice scent but it doesn’t last all day. I rather purchase a body lotion in the same scent.

HAIR CARE

-Conditioner-

-Hair Mask/Deep Conditioners/Creams-
Christophe Robin Masque Regenerating Hair Mask— I hate the scent of this, it smells exactly like play-doh. Who wants their hair to smell like a kid’s toy? Because I know I sure don’t. But the product does work. My hair felt really soft and nice afterwards. But I wouldn’t ever purchase the full size of this. It’s nothing something I would want to splurge on.
